Vendor Rules

   

1. The City does not want vendors building large booths that become a hazard during the clearing up process. All vendors must use a 10x10 portable tent.

2. Vendors must use garbage bags, by order of the Department of Sanitation. Garbage bags must be tied and left at curb.

3. Vendors must clean up their area. Vendors must recycle their bottles.

4. All equipment must be removed at the end of the festival (i.e. tents, booths, chairs etc.)

5. Vendors paying for one (1) space must use one (1) space.

6. Applications will be denied if vendors fail to use correct name, address, telephone and social security number.

7. Vendors failing to follow the above rules will be issued a summons by the City agencies.

8. Please be advised that WIADCA will not be responsible for any property left unattended before or during the festival.

9. Vendors must use their own space and not any one else's.

10. NO SELLING OF ALCOHOL BEVERAGES (NO EXCEPTIONS). WIADCA Inc. will not be responsible for anyone not adhering to this rule.

11. The Parks Department does not want anything nailed to trees and park benches.

12. NYPD will dismantle any booth left unattended overnight.

13. It's mandatory that these rules be adhered to. Please be advised that the festival starts at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 6:00 p.m.
